Payment Options for Your Pet’s Care
Transparency regarding the cost of your pet’s care is important to us. Your veterinarian will discuss with you in detail the treatments they recommend for your pet, and after, one of our team members will talk to you about the cost. We will do our very best to work within the budget you establish.
Once you and your vet agree on a treatment plan, a deposit will be required. Once your pet’s care is completed, any remaining balance will be payable upon discharge. The COVE accepts the following forms of payment:
- All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
- Cash and local check
- Trupanion Express
- All Pet Card (recommended)
- Scratchpay
- CareCredit

Insurance Plans We Accept
The COVE accepts all pet insurance plans, including Figo, Embrace, and direct pay plans like Trupanion. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf, or we can provide information if you need help submitting a claim for reimbursement. Some insurance policies can offer 80-90% coverage after a deductible.
