Clear Communication Every Step of the Way
At The COVE, we understand that cost can be a concern when your pet needs emergency or specialty care. That’s why we prioritize transparency, offering clear, detailed explanations about treatment costs and working with you to find solutions that fit your budget.
After your veterinarian reviews the recommended treatment plan with you, a member of our team will provide an itemized estimate and answer any questions. Once you approve the plan, a deposit will be required to proceed with care. The remaining balance is due at the time of discharge.
Insurance Plans We Accept
The COVE accepts all pet insurance plans, including:
- Figo
- Embrace
- Trupanion (direct pay eligible)
- Any third-party reimbursement-based plans
We’re happy to submit claims on your behalf or provide guidance if you need help submitting claims on your own. Some plans offer 80–90% reimbursement after a deductible — check with your provider for details.
